Do you have a warranty?

Yes! All pieces are covered by a 2 Year Craftsmanship Warranty. If your piece develops a fault, simply contact us and we'll repair or replace it.

We also offer free gold replating within the 1st year of purchase, and £35 per item after that. See our Warranty page for full details.

How do I use the polishing cloth?

Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

Do you create custom pieces?

Yes, we do create custom pieces. Contact us via our contact form to discuss your bespoke piece.

Delivery

Most pieces are handmade to order. The making time is shown above and is normally 2–5 working days.

Standard UK delivery takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Express delivery speeds up the courier journey after dispatch but does not reduce the making time.
