- Standard delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Once shipped the item should be delivered in 1-2 working days.
- Express orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once shipped the item should be delivered next day before 1pm.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- International Standard delivery £10 - once shipped delivery should be within 5-7 working days.
- International Express Delivery - £30 (please choose at checkout) Once shipped delivery should be within 1-3 working days.
DUTIES & TAXES
- For all (non US) orders outside of the UK the recipient may have to pay import duties or a formal customs entry fee either prior to or upon delivery.
- Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. If you choose not to accept delivery or in the event of a piece of jewellery being returned, these charges are non-refundable.
- All USA orders are shipped DDP, so the duty is included in the purchase price.
