Shipping policy
Most Iris & Lolli jewellery is handmade to order. The making time is shown on each product page and is normally 2–5 working days. Delivery times begin after your order has been made and dispatched.
Please note: Express delivery speeds up the courier journey after dispatch but does not reduce the making time shown on the product page.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- International Standard delivery (non USA) : £10. Delivery should take 5–7 working days after dispatch.
- USA orders are shipped DDP, so shipping, duty & tax is included in the purchase price (5-7 working days after dispatch)
- International Express delivery: £30. Please select this at checkout. Delivery should take 1–3 working days after dispatch.
DUTIES & TAXES
- For all non-US orders outside the UK, the recipient may have to pay import duties or a customs entry fee before or upon delivery.
- Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation. Customers should check these details before ordering. If delivery is refused or jewellery is returned, these charges are non-refundable.
- All USA orders are shipped DDP, so duty is included in the purchase price.
