All Iris & Lolli Jewellery is automatically covered by a 2 Year Craftswomanship Warranty.

During this time, if your piece develops a fault, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. These issues are very rare, but if something's not right, we're here to help.

While we want your piece to last, some things fall outside of our warranty:

• Loss or accidental damage
• General wear and tear
• Damage from improper use, cleaning, or storage
• Items that have been repaired or altered by another jeweller

GOLD VERMEIL

We always plate with a minimum of 2.5 microns thick layer of 18ct gold over silver. As a guide, 1 micron of plating should last around 1 year, though wear varies depending on how the piece is worn.

We offer a dedicated re-plating and complimentary polishing service to help restore your piece to its original beauty:

• Free within 1 year of purchase
• £35 per item after 1 year

SILVER

Silver naturally tarnishes over time, especially when not worn. Please refer to our care instructions & use your Iris & Lolli polishing cloth regularly to care for your piece.
