Refund policy
You can return your order within 30 days for a full refund.
We have an extended Returns Policy for Christmas gift orders. Orders placed from 1st November can be returned up until the 14th January the following year.
- To start a return, please contact us with your order number at hello@irisandlolli.co.uk
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please note that the buyer pays for return postage.
- Please use a recorded service & ensure you have proof of postage.
- All items returned must be in new and unworn condition and in the original undamaged packaging
- Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons – all sales of earrings are final, unless faulty
- Engraved & bespoke made to order items are non-returnable
- Shipping charges, Gift bags and Gift cards are non-refundable
- Workshop bookings are non-refundable once booked.
- If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase, it must also be returned for your refund to be processed. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund.
- If you purchased your item as part of a set, be aware the full set must be returned.
- For international orders, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable
We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that have been worn or damaged and are therefore not in a saleable condition.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
- We aim to process all returns within 7 working days, once received.
- All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note it can take up to 7 working days for your credit card or bank to credit back your account
