How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

Shipping & Returns
Delivery
Most pieces are handmade to order. The making time is shown above and is normally 2–5 working days.
Standard UK delivery is free and takes 2 working days after dispatch. Express delivery (£10) arrives the next working day after dispatch but does not reduce the making time.
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Orders placed from 1st November can be returned until 14th January.
